Bids, lucky draw ticket requests, UPI references, reviews, contact messages, and order details must be genuine and lawful. We may cancel suspicious orders, duplicate/invalid entries, abusive accounts, or activity that appears fraudulent or harmful. Promotions are discretionary, non-transferable unless stated, and may be withdrawn where there is misuse, error, or stock unavailability.
